  Daniel was our property manager for several of our properties for more than ten years when he was working for a previous employer. Having a competent manager is extremely important to us as investors and we found him the best we have dealt with. He has a thorough understanding of all the rules and regulations and thus is able to deal with all aspects of the management process in a way which is fair to both landlord and tenant. We have dealt with a large number of agents over the years and he is the one who has caused us the least amount of worry about our properties. When he left that employer we certainly missed his expertise, especially his prompt responses to all issues. Thus we were very pleased that he has opened his own business and sought him out in order to manage our properties, including an additional one which had been causing us major issues. We know he will continue to manage these properties in a most professional manner and we wish him every success in his new role.
